What is the Complimentary Pause?
The complimentary pause is a feature that enables you to temporarily deactivate your Cionic Neural Sleeve subscription for up to two months. During this pause:
- You will not be billed.
- You will not have access to the Cionic app.
- You will receive an automated message about an upcoming onboarding session with the pause end date. Please disregard this message, as it is related to the account blocking feature.
Pause Rules and Eligibility:
- Complimentary Pause Duration: Each customer is entitled to one complimentary pause of up to two months.
- Pause Frequency: This complimentary pause is available once per 12 billing cycles.
- Additional Pauses: If you require additional pauses beyond the complimentary one, you can purchase a pause for up to two months for $90 by contacting Cionic support.
