How to get started

Step 1

Take the assessment

Answer a few brief questions to see if the Neural Sleeve is a fit for your mobility.

Step 2

Find your measurements

Follow the measurement instructions to find the right size fit for your Neural Sleeve.

Step 3

Place your order

Eligible customers select right, left, or dual leg and place their order online.

Step 4

Submit prescription

We’ll send you our prescription form and instructions, and you or your provider can return it to us by fax or email.

Step 5

Record your walking video

Search for “Cionic” in the Apple App or Google Play stores. Download the app to access instructions for recording your walking video to help our mobility specialists understand your gait.

Step 6

Schedule onboarding

Once your Neural Sleeve arrives, open the Cionic app to watch onboarding content and schedule your virtual onboarding appointment.

Common questions

Is it covered by insurance?+

The Neural Sleeve is not currently in-network with any insurance companies and reimbursement is considered on a case-by-case basis. CIONIC recognizes how important this is and is committed to supporting reimbursement efforts. Individuals can submit documentation to their insurance company to request reimbursement. The Neural Sleeve may be eligible for payment under FSA/HSA/HRA preferred spending accounts. If you are a veteran, contact va@cionic.com to learn more about coverage through your VA benefits.

Can I use my FSA/HSA account for the sleeve?+

The Neural Sleeve may be eligible for payment under FSA/HSA preferred spending accounts. Typically, plans allow both users and their families to apply funds. Plans do vary, so check with your individual provider for details.

Where can I try it?+
